Providers create PRF, or platelet-rich fibrin injections using the patient’s own blood. Our team members make a draw, spin it in a centrifuge, and separate out the most beneficial materials. Providers can then inject those materials back into the body to stimulate the production of growth factors for controlled rejuvenation.
PDGF, or platelet-derived growth factors, are lab-grown, and they include a higher concentration of growth factors, which makes it a more powerful treatment option than PRF injections.
However, despite the differences between PDGF and PRP, we often combine them for a single, more comprehensive treatment. By combining these two treatments, we can provide more noticeable results.
